So it's my 18th Bday in 2 weeks. [12th woop!]
I will finally be an adult, I will finally be able to do all the stuff I've been doing for the past 4 years legally, and I am MEGA-excited. Or at least I was. It's my boyfriend's last weekend that weekend also before he returns to the army. But he has no money [the bank has fucked up saying he's only got £5 which is impossible because he's only spent literally £30] Which means he can't afford to come for my bday. It's only me and 2 other friends, and I want him there too. We were going to give him a good goodbye and everything. It's also our 1 year anniversary and we were going to get away from our parents for the night and get a hotel. -Down the drain- I said seeing as I'll have birthday money I can pay for him he's not happy about that at all. I understand it's my money - we usually pay for things together, but he always pays a little more. It's time to pay him back but he won't let me but he's really upset because he wants to come. I just want a perfect 18th birthday. Why does something always go wrong?!

First of all, this is a bit early, but I do hope you manage to have a wonderful birthday. With it still being two weeks away, you never know what might happen, and hopefully, you'll enjoy it and be able to talk to him even if he's not physically there.
That does sound super frustrating, though. Sorry that you're having to deal with that!  |
