I'm not terribly upset about it, but it's really freaking bothering me. Every time I start a conversation with someone (face to face or over the internet) my words end up coming out scrambled and people take offense and I end up feeling ... ugh. I can't keep my words from scarring others and it's really frustrating me. It's not always like this, just for the past few days it seems like anything I say pisses people off. It's driving me crazy. My attempts at helping are failing and my attempts at normal conversation end up with me feeling like strangling someone or myself. It's... annoying to say the least.

Just take a deep breath. Before you start talking to someone face to face or over the internet. Prepare and organize your thoughts in your head, or even, if you want (especially if it's over the internet) write out what's in your head first. Either with pen or paper, or open up microsoft word or something. Just try your best, and the rest will come.

I wouldn't worry too much..sometimes things like that happen, it'll pass. Everyone has those times when they feel like the world is against them and everything you say pisses people off. You just have to remember to breath and that it will go away eventually you just have to take one day at a time. When it does get better you will be like omg why was i so worried lol (:
