I struggle with both and it's mainly due to my asthma. However, if I didn't risk an asthma attack ... I would love to run. It seems like such a great coping skill and a good way to distract yourself since you have to focus on your breathing and the aching muscles (I've been told this is something new runners have to adjust too etc).
If you could have any job, without having to worry about the salary, what would you do?
