I totally agree with Lou on this, it isn't seen as a good thing a lot of the time, but it really does make you strong to reach out to people. You've got a good message that you're putting across here, well done on realising the fact that it's a good thing to be getting the help you deserve. I'm sure a lot of people here will see this message and me glad you put it up. It will help people.
