Whitening stripss

Okay I have one on now...Am I the only one that finds them super annoying?! Like aghhh! And it tastes like a stale gobstobber. And im lisp-ing hahahaha its all collectively pretty humorous actually.

I used the Aquafresh whitening trays recently, and it's quite funny because I can't talk when they're in my mouth. So I try to mime everything haha. And the first time I used it, when I took it out, I noticed that part of my gums was white, and I freaked out. My boyfriend then told me it's completely normal, and would be gone in a couple of hours

I used to use whitening strips, but I switched to bleaching trays. My dentist made a plastic impression of my teeth, so I can wear it over my teeth & it's clear. My mom (who is the assistant for my dentist) brings home teeth bleach that comes in the form of like a needle, which you put on the plastic, & I put that on my teeth for 15 minutes or more, depending. They still kinda suck, but I find them better than the strips, because they don't fall off unless I pull them off & there's more bleach in a box than there are strips in a box.
