Re: lucid dreaming? - October 15th 2011, 08:15 AM

I have to do it every night. As far back as I remember I've had to think up a dream or else I can't fall asleep (not joking, I seriously wont sleep unless I can think of something) its honestly irritating the only time that I don't have to is if I'm dead tired.
Another not-so-fun thing about is if I end up in a deep sleep that's the only way that I actually really dream and when that happens it turns into a nightmare.
But which part do you find interesting? It is actually pretty cool for awhile until you run out of things to dream about

I have tried it before. I think it's really cool, but I just haven't bothered for a while. I got to the point where I'd realize I was dreaming and I could do a "time check" where you just look at your watch (to confirm that you are "in control"), but I basically stopped trying after that.

I imagine sex dreams or dreams where you have superpowers would be really interesting.

"Ignore the ramblings of the ignorant, and step on or over their crumpled bodies as you make your way to the top of the mountain. Eat upon their flesh for fuel, and, through your determination and will, banish them to obscurity and a life of complacency and self righteousness that is the hell in which they live"
