How much do you spend ? -

How much do you tend to spend on your friends/relatives for christmas, do you always have set amounts or do you buy things as and when....?

Um, it really depends for me. I try to budget things so I end up spending about the same amount on everyone, but I usually end up spending a little more on Mom and Dad.
This year, my budget was really low - $10-$15 per person. I ended up spending a little more than I originally expected (for some of them), but a "budget" for me for Christmas gifts is more of a guideline than an absolute. “Don't get too comfortable with who you are at any given time. I agree that it depends on the person. For family, I spent probably more than $50 on each person since I bought multiple gifts for each of them. For my boyfriend, I spent around $40 since that's what we agreed on & his mom helped pay for the gift I got him.

It depends on the person. Probably no more than $60 if that.
This year I spent $250 on more than 20 people, so I did well.

I tried to spend no more than $10 per person, but there were a few exceptions. I think I spent around $200, and some of that was my sister's gifts as well, so you know, something like that.

I try to do it depending on the person, 20-30 usually, unless I find them something really good. I don't think I keep track though, which would explain why I spent so, so, so much this year ahaha.
