Hey guys
 So we had one of these on a site I used to be on, and it's pretty helpful. Sometimes we need to feel little. It's totally okay to regress and act like you're a kid, because to be honest, it feels safer. So this is the place where you can come in and act as little as you want. This room has in it whatever you want, and it's a safe place. This is a great idea! A bit of regression is great for everyone, at times.
I want my blanket, my plush Pikachu and some good cartoons. And a water bottle that I can drink out of like a baby bottle.  You know the ones, with the pop-up top? I used to love drinking out of those. It made me feel little again, safe. In fact, I may just have to do this later tonight.

Yesterday I was very sad when I went to counseling, and my counselor asked me if I had self harmed. I hadn't, and told her that it was my 1 month on Sunday. She got REALLY excited and asked how I wanted to celebrate, and I didn't know, so she suggested we build a fort.
We had our session in the pillow fort. I got to be little
