I miss you, but you needed a job and a break, and you're taking care of yourself, so I'm happy for you. Like I tell you all the time, as long as you're okay, you can disappear all you want.

I was going to move stuff around, but then I got a sheet with instructions for exactly what goes where. Considering I was never taught which position is which, and I don't want to waste my time only to have my work undone, they'll stay empty. This is what happens when you send the person whose job this is to another department and exactly why I'm irate that you keep doing it. This is a consequence of your choices, so you can deal with it. But, if it comes up in my review again, I will 100% quit. Not my circus, not my monkeys, and not my fault.

Guess what?
I know what NONE of that means
I was never taught how to read the placement instructions
It's not technically my job
You told me I wasn't qualified for said job
You moved the person who is hired for said job to another department for the week you dumped this on me
So, I'm not doing it, and if you want to complain about it in my next review, watch what happens when you don't have me at all! You need me way more than I need you, and as much as I love my coworkers, if you can't treat me the way I deserve, then you don't deserve me.

I'm sorry. I'm acting so weird because I'm jealous. I wish you'd love me like that instead. I know it's impossible, I'm not trying to force you into it. But I can't help being in love with you. Please accept my apology.

I hope your final days are filled with peace and free from pain. You were amazing and I know there were moments when we butted head; but our countless inside jokes and the laugh that went along with them will stay with me forever. Please say hi to my both my grandfathers for me when you get there.

I know today is the worst day of the year for you, and on top of the med issues, I'm sure it's worse. I want to send love and support, but I'm sure the last thing you need right now is to be flooded by people like me trying to be supportive and helpful. You'll get through this, take care of yourself!

You felt so bad that I didn't contact you on Father's day that you waited over a MONTH to tell me. Yet, you forgot when I had SURGERY and have almost forgotten my birthday multiple times. I feel like I've finally let a lot of the stuff with you go, which was only possible with the separation/boundaries I put in place. I'm not sure how to take this though. There's a twinge of guilt, but it's also the same shit you always pull; doing or saying something which I respond to with a boundary, and then playing the victim.
I felt like you might really hear it this time, so I told you AGAIN, calmly, respectfully, and in writing (so you can't deny I said it.) The ball is in your court, and as I was no provocative, I am not responsible for your reaction. I'm both nervous and not, because whatever you do with it now is your choice, and if you want to throw a tantrum, I can't stop you.

How about you HELP him instead of riding him so hard?!
I hate your management style; the attitude is condescending and my review was complete bullshit (said a manager who actually knows me and my work)
I also hate the nitpicking. That is completely unnecessary and it's not from cooperate so if it bothers you that much, do it yourself, and if you don't like that attitude, I'll quit and you can deal with the consequences of that.

It's not what you're doing that is causing me to be upset. It's my shitty reactions, stupid self hatred and feelings that make no sense that are causing me to be upset.

You are a disgusting group of human beings. Wasting your lives accusing people of faking illnesses, only backing off when they DIE from the illnesses you claimed for years they didn't have. The fuck is wrong with you?!

Interesting, that list of things had NOTHING to do with me, but was left in my area by a manager since it's her day off. And the tone of it makes me want to punch management in the face.

You're absolutely useless. You can't even do your job properly. You take off before you're due to actually leave. Hell, you can't even turn up on time. You don't care about other people or their wellbeing. You can't even sort out a rota and class timetable properly. What is the company even paying you for? All you do is sit in the office. Can't even empty a single bin properly.

Newsflash: Just because you don't BELIEVE IN LIKE, or AGREE with something, doesn't make it wrong, bad, or untrue. Accepting that is the definition of maturity, and most of society is missing that.
You have never, and still don't understand the neurological effort it takes me to do multiple things in a day, especially with work. So, "Get up early and do it before work." Just the idea of that is draining.
