I'm torn, and I shouldn't be. Hopefully I'm just making this harder than it needs to be like always. I don't even remember when the last time was, over 2 years now?

I hope the fact that you're hiring a another person for my area is to help me/us and not to replace me. I've only made one major mistake in 3 weeks, other than not knowing where stuff is, and any new hires won't know that either!

Please tell me that hiring this new person means that I'm NOT being replaced and that we can negotiate my schedule a little. I've worked every weekend day by myself since I started and I'm a night owl. These morning shifts are killing me.

I don't know what to do!!! Why do some people get hurt and have everything changed, lives, I mean EVERYTHING, and then others have something happen and they are fine and just walk away or will be ok and it's not right. But I guess this is how the world works!!!

Why can't when something terrible happens it's the same for everyone. That's how it should be Right! But this is life and this is not how it really happens, something terrible happens to this person and he didn't do anything wrong. Sucks to be you now your life is changed people said to us, this other person was being stupid with this friends and got hurt but he's going to be fine. I don't get it. Why do some people get a crappy hand in life and others no matter what happens they are fine or they will be fine. It's not fair. But I should not be sad and crying or just upset about this because it is never going to change. This is the real world that we all live in. And some people have more terrible things happen to than others.

The only way I could work random shifts like those would be if my entire schedule was made up of overnights. Otherwise I won't sleep and customers, I'm sorry, members would drive me more crazy than they already do! I am trying to work with you, but I will not work crazy with no warning. I won't turn down extra hours if you really need me either unless it's physically impossible for me to work them (yes, dead tired from you flipping my circadian rhythm out of nowhere would count)

If I end up with negative reviews for member service or turning down shifts within my agreed amount of hours because of when they are, the solution besides letting me go is giving me overnight shifts which would be better anyway. Also, how do I get my paystubs, finish my computer crap and I still don't have a locker? Who's not doing their job again?! I can also guess that the stuff I don't know is in the training I can't finish, but it would be in the general one that is done, not the specific one that isn't.
Your refusal to accept responsibility for your behavior, doesn't automatically make it my fault. You can't tout your responsibility philosophy self-righteously and then only use it to abuse me and blame me for "making you do it" to me. YOU are the hypocrite here, NOT me! I am a legitimate victim of YOUR behavior. Yes, legitimate victimization exists, yes you did it, no, you are not excused from the ability to damage people, and yes any defense or explanation you can come up with won't change the truth! I did not deserve or earn what you did to me or the living nightmare that resulted from it. No one would.
And if you think I'm wrong about that, maybe I'm not the only one who shouldn't have a license.

You might think I'm paranoid asking you every 5 minutes how I'm doing, but you're working and hiring new people around me instead of teaching me how to do things. The less I know, the easier it is for you to get rid of me, and leave me with no transferable skills so I'll have experience, but still be clueless.

Piss off, stop reminding me what I have to do when it is part of my job. Your crew is not the only group I have to deal with, stop making it such a big deal when every crew is going through the same waiting time.

I don't feel well today at all! And we have that big presentation in English today that were given to the class and I don't want to let the group down! We have been working on this so hard. I have to be able to do this.

Not only do I not have to fix you, I CAN'T. You are not entitled to be taken care of, to treat us unfairly, or to throw constant tantrums and complain that you're worse off than everyone else, even if they're going through the same thing or something worse than you. You aren't the only one going through physical pain or horrible stuff that isn't your fault, but you're the only one not taking responsibility for it. You're the only one who can change that.

Entitled much?! You and he make the most money of anybody in this family while I'm barely getting by on part-time with a disability and you have the nerve to put your hand out when she tells you she's helping pay for my glasses because your kid needs them too? She OFFERED and the truth is that we can't afford them, you can! It's one thing for her to offer, it's another for you to expect help you don't need just because someone else NEEDS it

I love you, but I hate the way you act. I thought you were more grown up than this, but I was so so wrong. You aren't ready for the responsibility of being an adult, and you certainly aren't ready to be accepted back in to this family, and have us comfortable with having you around, thinking you aren't going to hurt us and do things to make us upset.

I prefer to work alone mostly because I feel like I'm being babysat and my work gets done when I'm not by myself. I know you'll use this as a reason to let me go.

Can you really stop texting me about getting your department's work done when your supervisor isn't rushing me at all since the deadline is like 4 weeks away. Who are you trying to impress by rushing me to get your department's work done? I am not obliged to prioritise your department's work faster when your department came to me the last among all the other departments for processing.
