-You can do anything you want, providing you give up the belief you can't do it.

Mostly, are you a happy person?
-Pretty much, yes.

Umm i dont get stressed that often, when I do...it will be about something temporary...so I bear it for a bit then it goes

There isn't one I hate most but I do hate the "I know everything" people

My horribly low self-esteem and the fact I feel I have to do everything perfectly and get embarrased if I am not.

Not sure but I am very good at using food to cope with emotions, which is not so good.

Hah..about 6. I drink alcohol and I don't excercise loads or get my 5 a day.
