Today, I...

• Went shopping with my aunt, and found swim suits and dresses that actually fit me in junior sizes :]
• Ate out with my family at a sushi buffet we'd never eaten at before, though we learned that they have much more than sushi.
• Went on a four-mile bike ride with my sister, and helped her practice softball at the diamonds.
• Passed out when I got home from exhaustion. xD

All and all, it was an active day. Now, I hope to get some writing done before the world ends. *cough cough*

• The boyfriend came round and we watched some films together
• Jumped on the trampoline with my little sister. Then Dan, Mum & sister all joined in. Fun

• Had a bit of a lie in, especially as I was awake a lot with nightmares.
• Got a bus to go see my consultant psychiatrist whom I haven't seen in 4 months. It went useless, he didn't bother to read my notes and had no clue what the current situation was.
• Walked from the CMHT to the hospital, really hurt my hip (STILL not getting any better)
• Attended WA&TS for the first time in just over 4 months. I joined a new group - Talking Group. Luckily I knew 2 of the other people from before, and one of the people facilitating it was running previous groups. It went well actually.
• Managed the bus ride home. There were a lot of shouty schoolkids and were making me feel nervous.
• Watched some tv, but fell asleep at some point and didn't want to wake up for dinner
