I ban you because I have a sudden urge to run the City to Surf this year, a fourteen kilometre (about 9.5 miles) charity fundraising race . Mainly because I was inspired by watching the ITU World Series Triathlon in San Diego . 8.9 miles, not a bad guess . I should become an American .
