Art class tea ceremony :) -
May 21st 2009, 03:54 AM
Today for our Art final, we had an authentic asian tea ceremony (well, as authentic as we can get
). Here are some pics ![]() First pic: the clay dishes I made; a tea bowl, a plate, and a flower vase Second: my friend Sara, me, and Rachell
Yesterday I saw you kissing tiny flowers
But everything that lives is born to die And so I say to you that nothing really matters And all you do is stand and cry. Music is life. Start living. |

Very cute! I think I'm going to move this to the Pictures forum since that's the primary post.
I love the things you made; you could like..do pottery and sell it to people/give it away for presents. People so enjoy homemade gifts. And the picture of you and your friends - super adorable. It looks like you guys had a great time!

aw im glad ye had fun.
I suck at pottery...but ye seem to have a lil more talent than i do! A single thread in a tapestry Through its color brightly shine Can never see its purpose In the pattern of the grand design |

Beautiful pieces. Sell some to Ikea
![]() I'd buy them [: "Life is pain, anybody that says different is selling something" ~ Fezzik's Mother, The Princess Bride. ♥ "To die, would be an awfully big adventure."~ Peter Pan "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it." ~ The Buddha 14-04-2010. I literally had to do a double take cause they looked so nice. I thought they were actual table decorations, never would have thought they were handmade. Honestly.
They look so pretty, i must have been hard to do yes? ![]() |
