I'm not debating anything, I just have a question.

I'm turning 19 in March, and I'm not in school so that means I can't stay on my dad's health insurance. I've tried to make sense of the deductibles and stuff on independent plans but either way it's too expensive for me.

So Obama's new plan... I was told by someone that he was going to extend that age till like 25 or something, but I went over the plan and couldn't find anything (let alone make sense of it lol).

Does anyone know if this is true and when the plan is supposed to take action? And on a different note... can anyone make sense of all that mumbo jumbo for me? Haha
