I mean I doubt his team would become morally skewed from this, I think they would be glad they won. An morally ambiguous victory is a victory nonetheless?

And whether or not the rules were just were neither here or there, them the rules unfortunatally, if you don't like it don't play the game. xD

And if you break them then don't blame the guy who pointed it out!
Fair play to the coach, perhaps, but how much would you respect anyone who cheered for claiming such a victory?

The atoms that make up you and me were born in the hearts of suns many times greater than ours and in time our atoms will return once again to reside amongst the stars. Life is but an idle dalliance of the cosmos, frail, and soon forgotten. We have been set adrift in an ocean whose tides we are only beginning to comprehend, and with that maturity has come the realization that we are, at least for now, alone. In that loneliness, it falls to us to shine as brightly as the stars from which we came.

Winning at any cost is not a healthy mentality to be instilling in young athletes - it's the same mentality which in my view has contributed significantly to the rising use of performance-enhancing drugs. By all means they should be encouraged to give their all, but part of being a sportsman is learning to accept defeat graciously and not to try and sneak a win on a technicality. That is just petty - much like, in my view, the interpretation of the rule in question which was used to disqualify the girl. Most professional athletes - including a certain Lance Armstrong - would be DQ'ed on that basis.

However bleak things seem, however insurmountable the darkness appears, remember that you have worth and nothing can take that away.

some sports have rules for saftey reasons horse riding is one of them where i used to go horse riding they wont let you ride in a sleeveless top and shorts and trainers for saftey reasons, maybe she was disqualified for wearing the friendship bracelett for saftey reasons aswell ?

the girl who always seemed unbreakble finally
BROKE
the girl who seemed strong
CRUMBLED
the girl who always laughed
CRIED
the girl who never stopped trying finally
GAVE UP

she let her fake smile fade and as she did a tear rolled down her cheek and she whispered

' i can't do this anymore'
