ACORN foreclosures - March 11th 2009, 04:30 AM

Basically, ACORN (A interest group), is standing in lines in front of peoples houses when the sheriff comes to give the owners the papers to have their homes foreclosed upon. They're risking being arrested and so forth.

What do you think about this? Is it okay for them to be doing this?

I think it's okay. I think in many situations, it's silly for them to be taking peoples houses. What are they going to do with it? People who have homes, aren't really trying to move. What about these older people who live on their own? ACORN is trying to buy these people enough time for Obama to do something about the foreclosures, or until the homeowner can pay and so forth.
I honestly would stand with them in a heartbeat. Maybe I'm crazy though.

But I know we've been close to having our house foreclosed, and I would want them to help me.

The best wayout is always through~
