The NFL is a business and as such has the ability to do this. When you bought the ticket, you agreed to it. Nuff said.

I think this is a good idea. You have to get pated down at airports, concert venues. What makes an NFL stadium any different? obviously, this guy knew that an illegal stun gun wasn't allowed within the stadium, therefore it's his fault that they're enhancing stadium security, no one else's. They're simply increasing security to help keep fans, players and the like safe during games.

Thorough pat-downs happen at pretty much every concert I go to. It's a small price to pay for the safety they're trying to ensure.

Why not? It keeps everyone safe and takes a maximum of 5 minutes normally.

If you have nothing to hide then what's the problem? It's for safety, not just because they feel like it.

It might seem a bit extreme but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I don't mind a pat down if it helps increase my safety and security and that of others.

me personally, no this wouldn't bother me. its your choice to buy the ticket, and in that you agree to their rules/regulations. secondly i'd rather be safe. if you don't have anything to hide, or your not doing anything wrong i don't see why so bothered by it.

ahhhh my rights are being violated
*something goes wrong in stadium* why haven't they increased security? that tends to happen a lot now a days, like in the simpsons when they asked for bear patrol (something like that) then complained about the taxes Your rights are still in tact, they're not abusing anything, I'm.sure they don't want to touch hundreds of bodies everyday as much as you don't like being touched If your that worried about it, don't go.... and don't complain when they take this measure away and something goes wrong Hey, guess why i smile a lot... because it's worth it
