I'm not familiar with Iranian legal practices but if the pastor is charged with rape, doesn't there have to be, you know, evidence of a victim (living or deceased) or victim testimony?
Are security-related crimes equivalent to sex-crimes or are security-related crimes something different? I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.
