Canada outlaws bandwith limit. -

In Canada bandwith limits haw now been outlawed by the government. This means downloading can and will be unlimited. However I haven't been able to find the official date for the law to be set, or even a source. I saw it on Global National last night, and Google hasn't helped. If anyone could help me find I source I would be apreciative.
