That's right, he is demanding that a couple that he held hostage in their home be responsible for $235,000 in damages because they didn't hide him from the police.

His case will be thrown out of court and he will be charged with wasting the court's time on top of his original charges if there's any justice in this world.

That is hilarious. Stupid people make me laugh so hard. I really do hope the judge tells him he's an idiot and throws the case out.

I'm pretty sure you can't sue somebody because they didn't do something illegal like aiding and abetting the person who held you hostage to avoid capture from the police.
