I, too, am interested in Paganism but I don't know much about it. There are a few people in my life who know about Paganism but I haven't had the courage to ask them about it. One thing that you might be able to do is google Paganism books for beginners. I did that and a few different things came up. It might be worth it to try and read some books or, possibly, find some articles about Paganism.
Another thing you could do is look into Universalist Unitarian Churches. They tend to accept all religions and the one in my town does some activities and events pertaining to Paganism.
Sorry I couldn't be more help. I hope someone will come along and offer you more insight than 'google'.
I did a Google search on Paganism yesterday and got an article.
But at the end of it, it was all like "If you are considering Paganism, you need to reach out to Jesus!"
[And the long-subdued Roman Catholic girl in me was like "Jesus is not the Son of God!"]
I was thoroughly upset. I thought it was a legitimately, unbiased article. Then I look at the bottom, the logo said "All About God".
As everyone knows on Google, who can exactly trust that the search results is what you are looking for!
Alright, so I talked to my friend whom is Wiccan. Wicca is the newer belief of Paganism, so you may be able to get some information out of the book To Ride a Silver Broomstick by Silver Ravenwolf. She said it taught her a lot about her beliefs and is very informative if you're interested in seeing what it's all about. And hey, maybe it could be a reference or provide more references to whatever it is you are truly looking for.
Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.
We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.
I also did a google research on the term Paganism, and found out that it might be loosely referring to a range of religions other than the main world religions which have bilions of believers and followers (Islam, Christianity, Buddhism & etc). In the eyes of those main religious believers, if one's religion/belief is not the same as theirs, then that person is considered a pagan.
The original poster asked me to close this so I did.
