Wicca/Wiccan -

So i found out that there's religions called wicca or wiccan.
I'm a curious girl so i started reading about witches and I was amazed to learn that not all of what i thought they were about was true. Like when they use herbs and homemade remedies actually dates back to when there wasn't enough medical intelligence to help cure simple things like cramping during a period Or (and i hope i don't offend anyone by writing this but..) spells? They reminded me of prayers. Just asking for help when you need it. And the thing that amazed me the most was that they have one rule which is that they shouldn't do anything that hurts or harms anyone including themselves. Now although I'm positive there's bad things you shouldn't mess with like forcing someone to fall in love with you, wishing death on someone and anything else that falls into that category, I'm aware that there's Bad things to Dark Magic. and i do not care for that at all! I won't let my curiousity drag me into something i'll regret. With that said, i was wondering if there is anyone on TH that practices Wicca or is Wiccan.. If so please Pm me so I can satisfy my curiosity  (And I don't wish to argue with anybody about religion, Or their beliefs. I really wish to keep this thread positive and open minded please) Blah  |

Hey Iz.
There are actually quite a few of us here who identify as Wiccan. I'm sure a lot of them will comment here.  I've only been following this path for a little over a year now, but you're welcome to PM me with any questions you have. I love discussing Wicca.  Take care.

I am not Wiccan, persay, but rather a blended path Pagan. There are many Pagans and Wiccans around here, and many of us are open to talk. Lizzie is a really good person to ask about basic Wicca, she helped me learn about it when I was starting out. If you want to talk about Paganism or Wicca, feel free to pm me anytime.
