Ghosts?

Call me crazy but every so often I feel like there is something behind me watching me and I'll turn around and then I'll feel like it's turned around and so it's watching me AGAIN.
(This was about a year ago, I was laying in bed and and I kind of heard something so I kinda turned toward my bedroom door and then I kinda saw a black transparency thing appear from either out in the hall or from the ceiling and kinda watched me I guess. I kinda froze up and freaked out but I just hauled ass outside to where my mom was and I was crying and freaking out and she went inside and came back out and assured me it was just Uncle Ron ((he had just passed)) and there is nothing to be worried about)
Now I do believe in ghosts, spirits, etc. It's nothing new. But it'll go on FOREVER. Even when I'm trying to get to sleep. I don't believe it's a bad spirit, but sometimes it bothers me.
And occasionally I'll get über freaked out and I'll literally run out of the room and one time I ran into my mom (yes I was running that fast )
Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do? I don't want to make it a HUGE issue but sometimes it bothers me and creeps me out

Well, if the spirit isn't harming you or doing anything to deliberately scare or frighten you, then I would just leave it be. It's just kinda there, it could very well be your uncle just making his presence known to you, nothing to be worried about.

you can go with a few different things. Either get rid of it, tell it to stop scaring you and hopefully you wont get the weird feeling again or leave it be.

It is harming you, so i would just leave it be. If it does, i would tell it off. Or you could hold an exorcise in your house if it doesnt leave after you want it to.
