Extiguishing a common misconception... -
November 4th 2011, 07:32 PM
Many people are under the impression that Buddhists practice reincarnation, which is, in fact, untrue in a sense. Buddhists practice the concept of rebirth, not of a body or a soul... but something much greater and hardly comprehensible. This is a quote I found on www.thebigview.com that helped explain it to me...
Quote:
They can have their world We'll create our own I may not be brave or strong or smart But somewhere in my secret heart I know Love will find a way Anywhere I go I'm home If you are there beside me ![]() |
