Hi everyone
My name is Louise, or Lu for short. I am 36, and have 4 children, aged 11, 9, 5 and 3.
A year ago I split with my then husband, and realised I was in love with my best friend, who I have now been with since March.
I have my own business making reusable products and clothing. During the lockdown I was a target for online bullying, and it messed my head up so much that I considered taking my own life. And this wasn't the first time. I tried when I was 15, after years of mental and sexual abuse.
I struggle with depression at times, and have extremely low self esteem and self worth. I question everything, and always feel like I'm annoying everyone.
At the beginning of this year, I decided to put my listening skills to use, and train as a counsellor. I passed the first stage of level 2 in May, and am looking forward to the next stage.
I have a lot of experience with children, abuse and mental health issues, so feel I'd be able to help others in this way.
I look forward to talking with you more.
