Hey, I'm Nicole, and I'm an undergrad college student who is hoping to offer some advice to people here. I've experienced major depression and I hope that my experiences and suggestions will become of some use to those who are struggling here.

Nicole, I think it's extremely inspirational that you've been through a lot and you're willing to give advice to those who need it.
You seem like such a lovely person, and hopefully you end up sticking around!Click on this and this for information on how to use the site. The first one gives some general info on how to use the forums, and the second one shows you various ways to get help if you ever need it. If you have any questions, let me or any other buddy know.
