I'm going to leave TeenHelp for a little bit. I may be checking myself into the inpatient facility for my suicidal thoughts and self-harm. But I'm not sure yet. It depends on what happens at my appointment on Tuesday..  TeenHelp has been a great help to me but I just can't handle trying to help myself and other people at the same time. Plus some things on here are really triggering for me and I can't seem to get away from it.  I hate that I have to leave, but I'll let you know when/if I come back so I can become involved again..

It's going to be sad not seeing you around much but I am glad your taking the opportunity to get better again. If you do go in to hospital then I really hope you find it okay and that it helps. UPDATE:
Decided against going into the hospital. But I'm continuing outpatient therapy and I'm going to try to get better through that. My last resort is inpatient. I am still going to be taking it easy on TeenHelp. Too many triggers and came across some people who aren't too nice to me, so I'm going to back up for a while and see if I come back eventually. I hope you all understand.
