 . It's good to see that you are finding your way around on your own. My name is Blue good to meetchya! Pretty much anything on this site you can find at the top of the webpage. The chat room is a great place to meet new people and get immediate support and advice if needed or to just chat. There is also live help although there aren't always people online there. You already found the forums there is a forum for pretty much everything here. You could also check out the sticky's at the top of the list of this forum that can help you with the site. Hope I have been of help

Blue pretty much has it covered. Obviously, there are lots of different forums on different subjects, some of which are for fun as well as advice There's the chat rooms, LiveHelp and HelpLink which are also all ways of getting advice if you need it The videos and articles pages have lots of info on different subjects, and the Avatar magazine (when it's released :')) can be an interesting read! This is a page which can explain and sumarise the different ways of getting advice Have you figured out the staff yet? Those of us with bold usernames in pretty colours are all staff members I'm a LiveHelp Operator, so if you ever use the one-on-one help system called LiveHelp, I may be the one taking your call The pink names are HelpLink Mentors who can give you advice using the HelpLink system. The red names (Rob and Mel) are the mods, and they're the ones to go to if you have a problem regarding something not working on the site. The lime-green Buddies are a friendly face to go to if you just want to chat! This is a list of staff members, so you know who to go to! Hey Anthony! I'm Barbara, a HelpLINK Mentor. I answer questions anonymously sent through the HelpLINK system. Katie basically summed up what you need to know, but if you have any questions you can message someone with a username in green, called a Buddy, or another staff member (myself included). Hope you feel welcomed here!

I'm one of the buddies that the other members have mentioned. Don't let the colour of my username fool you - I may be a Live Help Operator, but I'm also a buddy and Avatar Editor in disguise. Have you found out about Avatar yet? It's TeenHelp's monthly magazine, which can be found here. I think it's worth a read, but I might be a tiny bit biased.  (Ignore the fact that there's no issues more recent than July - we're working on that!).As well as forums and the Chat Room, we have things like blogs, social groups, albums, and articles, so I hope you'll take the time to explore and find out everthing this site has to offer. It sounds like you're finding your way around okay, but if you ever have any problems or questions, feel free to get in touch - it's my job to help, after all.
