My name is Izzy and I'm from the UK. I have Depression, Social Anxiety, and OCD. I'm female and have a wonderful boyfriend and family who help me through the tough times, but sometimes it doesn't feel like enough. Anyway, I hope to get to know you all better very soon

I think it is great you have a support system and hope that TeenHelp becomes a great addition to that for you. :-) We are a very helpful, nice and supportive group of people, so there is no need to be shy when asking for help around here, someone will help you out. :-) I am a Live Help Operator and we help users through the Live Help system, which as Dez said, is like Instant Messaging, it is pretty cool. Also, there is Help Link, where you submit a ticket and two or more staff reply to your ticket giving you advice on a particular situation. I hope this information helps you in some way and as other have said, I am always open for a PM or Vm and very glad to help out with whatever I can and whenever.
