Stupid Chat Laters

I'm leaving this site for awhile due to no one wanted to answer a simple question in chat. I had asked when Live Chat will open and someone responded and then I had asked "who am I suppose to talk to in the mean time?" No one answered was more concerned about a fucking ring then a question. I'm really upset. Thanks this site is so helpful. Maybe I should find a new one to use.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience in chat, sometimes conversations get over heard or people just don't know the answer. If you need help you can ring a helpline or come on here, PM someone you know or a staff member (I'm sure they'd be willing to help!), make a helplink request or even post in the forums where I feel positive you would get responses! I hope you end up staying around and if you do, we're here for you. If you leave, I send my best wishes and hope that things start too look up for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your outlooks on TeenHelp. Sometimes its just those small amount of users that maybe seem to make it worse.

I personally recommend Forums, HelpLINK or LiveHelp (when it is online). I'm not to big of a fan of the Chat room. Of course, you can also PM a staff member and I'm sure they will help you out.

Remember, LiveHelp is not always online - so you can always ask in the forums (which in alot of cases they will get answered fast, or you can scroll down to the bottom of the Forum page and see the online Staff members and click there name and PM them.

I'm so sorry that you didn't get the help you needed in the Chat Room. But just know, that sometimes, people simply don't know the answer so they just don't answer. They should've said "I don't know" but if they didn't, they didn't.
If you decide to stay, I'd suggest keep posting in the forums and use HelpLINK. Also, PMing a Staff member could be best as we are always looking to help out. The LiveHelp thing will say "online" when someone is logged on and that's when you can get the help.

I hope you do decide to stay. If you don't, stay safe.

I'm sorry that you haven't had the best experience here on TeenHelp. Believe me, no one wants that for you. I hope you come back someday & you are always welcome to message me. I'm not on 100% of the day, but I will always respond as soon as I can. In the meantime, take care of yourself.
