Hey. I am new. I am going through a really difficult time right now. I recently loss my father in war. I am really depressed I turn 14 tomorrow and this will be the first of many years without my father

I am so very sorry about the loss of your father I can`t even imagine what you must be going through right now. It must be so hard on you. I really hope that you enjoy the site and meet some nice people that will support you because you are not alone. I don`t know about losing a parent but I do know about losing other people and it is very difficult to go through but I do know that over time it get`s easier. Hope to see you around!

Thank you all for the positive messages. It made me feel bubbly inside an that people do care. Today will be the first time for many years without my father on my birthday. I believe that I belong here and that I can receive a lot of support as well as help others out as well. I am living with my grandparents now because I don't have any other family. My mom died when I was born so I feel like I am just left to be alone in the world. I really miss my dad he went to war to get us some extra money and to fight for our family. But he stepped on a alcida trap and he was blown up.
