Let me give you a few links that I feel might give you some insight on how to use the forums and other features of the site.Obtaining Support or Advice: If you need help for anything, just refer to this thread to find out the various ways you can receive it. HelpLINK and Live Help are two excellent ways to find advice here. How to Use the Forums: This is a really important thread to look over when you're new here, because it goes over all of the basic stuff you need to know about the site and its features. A lot of questions you may have will be answered in this thread; if you still have questions, refer to the FAQ. If you still have questions after looking over those pages, then you can ask anyone with a light green username. We're called buddies and essentially, our job is to help out new users (that's you!  ). So, feel free to message me anytime for anything. I don't mind at all! I'd actually be delighted if you came to me with questions. PM me anytime, my inbox is always open. Or, if you'd prefer, just put a message on my VM wall - it can never have too many messages! Hey, welcome to the site.
I'm Hester and I'm another HelpLink mentor. I hope you enjoy your time here.There are loads of ways you can talk to people on here. You can post in the forums and ask for advice or start a discussion. You can post in the social groups. You can write a blog which people can comment on. You can have conversations with people through visitor messages. You can go in the chatroom and either just chat or go into Support and Advice for help. And then you can also use Live Help and HelpLink for confidential advice. Whatever you think suits you. We're all really friendly so just jump straight in and talk to people.
