I'm Rikki, I'm new here. I'm not really sure about the whole airing all your problems online thing, but it seems like this site is full of pretty good people. I figured I would give it a try if for no other reason than I can't handle all of this by myself anymore :/

 Anyways, I hope you find that you like it here. I was a little hesitant when I first joined several years ago, and now...well...I've been overcome with loyalty for the site If you need help with anything, feel free to holler at me. There are a lot of ways you can seek support that aren't so out in the open around here, such as utilizing Live Help which is an instant messenger like support system where you speak one on one with a Live Help Operator. There's also HelpLINK, which is kind of like the forums, except only HelpLINK can only be accessed by HelpLINK mentors and you're garaunteed to get two responses. There's also the chatroom, and there are a lot of users that would be willing to support you through PM (private message) if you'd like. You can get more information about utilizing HelpLINK, Live Help, and the chatroom here. I hope you find the support you need and deserve. I look forward to seeing you around!
