Hey Teen Helpers :) , Well I had a idea of making these positive peoms to which people may share positive emotions about stuff that may be bothering us and such and try to see the hope of things and such to feel more comfortable and more hope full about many of the problems people wont face with us . Let me just be more simpler :)

Basically a self prose continous poem relating to being positive to a subject,

The first teme i would like to do is self harm, Think and write about reasons to not self harm , about people who may love us and support us, coming from that problem i would want to show strength in these verses.... but i dont know how can i explain this really :nosweat:

Can anyone paraphrase? and ill write my first verse :D

You are stronger than pain, Show it you

Demonstrate it, and don't allow it to break you

You have much more of a price than pain

Because it needs you in order to exist in you

See, this pain diminishes,
all your aguish,
your inner turmoil,
even though your blood does boil,

in a river of blood,
as thick as mud,
remember you can overcome it,
and bit by bit,

The pain will one day go away, just open you're eyes and see yourself inside,

Loosen the burden of fear and hate from your shoulder
Let the waves of happiness surround your mind
By thinking about sweet little memories
Would surely bring a smile on your lips
Awaking tiny little hope of life.
Like a small lamp in a dark room
Sadness would soon vanish from your life
The way night retreat as sunrises.

Don't forget always a little hope of life is there
Its just blurred to your vision to see
As you are buried in the grave of darkness

you surely see that tiny ray of hope waiting for you to recognized.

Open youre eyes and let them fill with ligth , let them fill with love,
Open them and see the night as the day , and the morning as another birth date of love,
See the shine in you , see you dont need to rely in pain to be happy,
You are stronger than pay , drop the stars from the sky and say..... This is my shine

Look around you and open the lock on your heart
watch as those who love you crowd around you even though you are broken apart.
put the blade down, and see the sunshineful rain
and remember always that you defeated the pain.

don't be afraid to retrack
your steps and find out where you went wrong
because restarting makes you 10x more strong.

Along with help, you can devise your own plan.
to create a way to deal with the pain.
You can do it, you know you can
you gotta dig deep to get out of this rain.

You've had the bandage for too long, to fear hiding it is oblique,
Now break the artistry of the wrong, and seal you're hearth with it own mystique
Shapeless hearth may not feel, blinded eyes cannot see,
But as long as you keep youre hearth conceiled ,the flame in it will never seize,

Will soon be extinguish
By little droplets of tears
When you open your heart
To share your feelings freely
