She likes to write Hanging on to each word tight Hoping one day they will come true For someone like her instead of just you She writes from the heart It seemed like the perfect place to start But as the words are spoken Her heart gets broken For its love she writes about Laying it all out She knows nothing of love really So her broken heart is silly How is it then that she feels pain Her tears flow like a heavy rain Making puddles on the floor She does nothing because there will always be more She likes to write
