Just wishing I had half a chance with you,

And it kills me to think I can never have you.

How happy I would be,

To kiss your sweet lips,

Just to cuddle with you.

Will you ever know the truth?

Ever know how I truly feel?

Ever realize I’m addicted to you?

Girl I can’t catch my breath around you.

Intrigued by you,

No I’m not in love,

But you’re making me start to be.

This is a lovely poem! I'm sorry for what it stands for in your life right now, but I hope you will keep writing and expressing yourself in this way. Writing is a fantastic outlet! I really hope your situation improves.

Thanks. Yeah, it stinks. I'm just trying to find a way to deal. It's really hard being friends with her when I know how much I like her. She knows I like her (I think I mentioned...not sure) but I don't think she knows how much. Either way, I don't think she likes me back in the same way.

I've been writing ever since I knew how. It is a great way to cope with the difficulties of life. And thanks for moving it, I think it works in the Self-Expression section of the forum.
