Find comfort in the love Newborn fluff full of fur Until the cockroach returns Suffocating inside her Find comfort in song Musical colors, whispering around Until the words form attacks Nameless songs, pathetic sounds Cockroaches return Steal everything from me Climb up the walls Form packs to fight Don’t steal my baby Don’t steal my savior Give her to us, She’s only there to harm We’re the good ones, yes? Fight the urges Stretched skin Permanent scars Forever forbidden Doors are open Doors are open wide They will find you, Hide beneath the sheets They always will Share with the cockroaches  Take me seriously. At first I was kind of confused by the title, I've never read a poem about cockroaches but once I read it I actually like it.
