Until finally you realized you were done, there was nothing left
I honestly would have never guessed
That you were in the same despair,
Only I was walking around the evil layer, while you're crawling on your belly almost dead
I wish you could have shed just a little bit of light on how you felt
Maybe then we both could have dealt with the pain, shame, blame.
This life is a game, you need to learn how to tame the beasts and the evil that lurks
And try not to let shit phase you, this world is ready to take you
So keep your head up high, pass out a few lies, do what you have to do just to get by

But don't ever forget, you can't live with regret
And if you ever need someone let me help you out
I may not be in the same shoes, but they're close enough
And I know this life is fucking tough all on your own
I wish someone could have shown me how black and horrid this world can be
