Like a million pounds on my shoulder. Clouds covering me, never going away. "Be happy." I tell myself. "Go away" I tell you. I can't shake you off. This feeling of sadness piles on top of me. Knowing I have no reason for it sends guilt showering over me. "Make this stop!" I scream. "I'm okay" Everyone hears. No one understands my silent sobs. Soon I"ll be gone. Buried to deep in the invisible sand. |

Yeah but the people I live with don't believe me, and don't believe in counseling, and have broken my trust so often I just can't go to them anymore. They take everything I say and either tell everyone else, or twist it around and throw it at me later.
