Nice and slow, savouring each ounce of pain. Savouring each bittersweet scarlet drop.
Watching my life pour from my wrists, wishing life could be as simple as this. Deeper each time, trying to immortalize the memory with something so tantalizing. Feel the rush in my veins, watching the razor draw sweet scarlet art across my body. Never taking my eyes off it for a minute, wanting it so bad I become addicted. The feel of the metallic mixed with my life force, becoming a somewhat hazy drug. Becoming lost in its effects, not realizing that you've left everyhthing behind now, but you just can't stop. Wanting it all to be easier, wanting it all to end. Wanting these memories to fade with the scars. The last scarlet drop hts the floor, this last silent tear will scream no more. Cynthia Aveiro
