Last Goodbye
I think of death often, Deep down I long to lie in that beautiful, padded coffin, Wondering what it's like to die, Who would miss me or cry, Would their tears make their vision askew? Would their tears even be sincere and true? Would I be missed like people say? Or would people move on with their lives after a day? Would I miss the chance to fulfill my purpose? Or am I right when I say i'm worthless? So i'll take that bottle of pills tonight, And finally give up this long hard fight, I'm sorry for those I hurt, But some how you'll find comfort, When you cry, And ask ''why", Remember the pain I was in, And know i'm free from the hurt and shame I carried within, I will miss you all dearly, But I just had to set myself free, Know I love you all so very much, Oh what I would give to have one more touch, But death will not wait, I have chose my fate, So now I breathe in my last breath, And go hand in hand with the angel of death, So we'll see if God will accept me, Or will I be sentenced to Hell for eternity, I love you, Know that those 3 words are true, Cry if you need to, Until you're able to move through, Please don't question why, Just accept this last goodbye. |

I really like this, and I could feel emotion in it (it actually made me a bit sad, but that's a good thing) because I have thought some of those things before. Nice!
