Triggering (Grieving): R.I.P Nan

Just an old sort of poem I found wrote this a while back really came from the heart.

this world will never be the same
now my tears have over taken the rain
so much love for you within this church
and all eyes drawn to this black hurse
all i wanna do is write you a verse
that expresses how i feel right now
im sick and tired of wishing you were here
since the day you died, from death ive lived in fear
its put my life on hold and i need to get in gear
find the right direction that i can steer
a photo it freeze's the moment
and thats all ive got to remember you by
and the rivers that i cry
oh what id do just to say one more goodbye
a hug from you id die for
now if i want to speak to you, i have to talk to the grass
with a stick above it saying Rest in peace
they say youve gone to a better place
well if its that good i better embrace -----------

il be joining you sooner or later
I think of how i could of been if you didnt pass away
and i still remember way back in the day,
when i used to come round yours and we used to play
all thats left is a deserted old man
your perfumes on the table just how you left them
every boxing day the family re-united
to celebrate your birthday
1 day of the year where i was excited
without you the family has fallen apart
cant i rewind time and begin from the start?
not a day has passed where you havent crossed my mind
i remember just how thoughtful you were and how kind
and i still talk to you asif il get a response
my mind plays tricks on me and i think your with me -----------


these dreams are killing me sending me insane
ive fucked up big time nan i need a new brain
words cant express how i feel
but its better not to leave things sealed
i want to know what your lifes like now
did you go to heaven or hell
i dont know why i ask these questions cos i know you cant tell
which is why i spend half my time crying and feeling dwell
my minds screaming out for you cant you hear my yell?
I know all I had to do was behave,
and I'm sorry for not coming to your grave
from now on I promise to be your slave
