OMG PERIOD HELP

OKAY SO THIS IS JUST HAPPENING TO ME AND I AM FREAKING OUT. MY PERIOD ENDED A WEEK AGO BUT NOW ITS BACK AND MY VAG ACHES. WHAT IS THIS WHAT DO I DO PLEASE HELP PLEASE

First, calm down.
Second, are you having severe pain? If so, have someone take you to a doctor to have it checked out. If you aren't having severe pain, it's probably just normal because periods do whatever they want, especially when they're just starting out.

It ranges from severe to like just minor aching. I'm still shaking, since my first two periods have been just over a month apart, and I'm really scared. I'm home alone, so there's nothing I can do.

I remember getting mine when I was just 10 years old. And I only had about 4 my first year. They don't really become normal until after the first couple of years when they will regulate themselves. If it's hurting you too bad, talk to your parents and have them take you in.

For me I remember going through intense cramps and wanting to just die it hurt so bad, and I had to go on birthcontrol around 16 to help that, and it was treated with Midol and Pamprin before that, or even ibuprofen.
