Do you watch pornography when you masturbate? It might be that whatever you use isn't matching up to your sexuality. What I mean is, if you are gay and you watch porn containing only women, you might be able to "do it" but it won't be pleasurable as such. Just try exploring, yaknow, different things.

a) How often do you do it?
I removed point B on Ignite's request. Know that I make no statement like that without proper sources I doublechecked, but if I want a debate, I enter the debate forum and drop the source there. I'm only here to help you, so don't worry, this won't become a debate.

I'd experiment with different techniques (we cannot give details due to policies ) and as Dan suggested, different porn if you choose to use that. I wasn't able to achieve pleasure with masturbating until age 16. For some people, it takes years of experimentation. Don't worry so much about it-let it come to you!
Quick note, I do not want to make this into a debate about circumcision, and this post does not reflect my own views on the topic as a whole. However, as the moderator of this forum, I cannot allow unsupported information be stated as fact. Circumcision would not be making it that you would be unable to pleasure yourself. Here is scientific (not simply an article) paper that systematically reviews 40 different other studies (scientifically based) on the practice and its effects on pleasure; in my experience in academia, I've only found one scientific study that claimed any lessening in sensation, and that was for men past the age of 60. In my personal experience, my partner is circumcised, and he is perfectly able to masturbate and experience sexual pleasure. This would NOT be the reason you are unable to achieve pleasure.
If the paper does not work, I can send it to you or anybody else via PDF file. Anybody is free to their opinions about the topic as a whole, I am not particularly for the practice, but please do not state unclaimed info as fact. There is no evidence it significantly lowers pleasure for somebody of age 14.

I did edit the point regarding circumcision out of my post (as I took Ignite's post as a polite request to do so), but in a PM it turned out that it was based on a misunderstanding.
I was trying to say that if you are circumcised, you feel significantly less pleasure (depending on whether your entire frenulum, the part of the foreskin located at the back of the head, was removed or not, which it usually is). I won't cite a source here - just gently touch the frenulum and see how it feels, then imagine it not being there, the foreskin not being there, and the head dried out due to removed functional tissue that is designed to keep it sensitive to touch.
I was simply saying that due to these factors, it would be harder to reach orgasm. What I did not say is that it makes it impossible to climax -- but rather, that you will need more patience, probably a different approach and a different masturbation technique specifically for mutilated men.
