I'm pretty certain my brother could or can do it. When he was at school he did lots of gym work and could bend in some strange positions, and get his legs behind his neck. I actually know the answer is no. Funny story about that is.... I told my boyfriend to blow himself, and he is like well I would if I could. So I asked if he'd ever tried, he said no. Then to my surprise I find out later he tried after that conversation. And his response to that is. It's impossible, you have too many ribs and they get in the way. Which makes it hard to bend that far forward. Which now makes me think. Maybe a really flexable guy with a larger...ehm....boy part. Maybe he could? Pansexual. Pescetarian. Problematically Pierced. I just did a google search 'Autofellatio' just like some other people have posted and clicked on the wikipedia result. It immediately shows a picture of a guy doing the deed to himself.. Never thought I'd see such a horrible sight in my life, it almost makes me want to throw up!
 I would imagine trying out some exercises at home to be more flexible or doing yoga might help. Some guys can only be flexible so much. PS: I'll stress it again, that image of a guy sucking his own penis is scary to me.

It is possible for some men to do, but most are either not flexible for various reasons, or they are flexible and just less endowed then those that can. I could do it at one point, not well, but I could, but sadly, I let myself gain a few pounds and now I can't. Straight guys can do it for the same reason that they masturbate. If they think that giving themselves blowjobs is gay, then why don't they think that giving themselves hand-jobs is gay? Hope this helps.
