Really freaking scared

Ok so, i have this (these) problem/s and i kinda need help. its about my, uhm private parts ... well you see on my penis, in the base of it where it touches the stomach, well actually where it goes from and near the stomach. well lately that place has been kinda itchy. mostly i just scratch it for a while and it stops for a couple of days. some days are kinda different but this happens rarely. the skin there begins to shead just a little tiny bit. i could just about make out the part where its peeling off. and just a few hours ago when i went to the bathroom i saw it peeling a little bit and sort of unconciously i started scratching it. when i looked down it was red. it didnt cover up a big area just about the width of the penis and maybe a cm from the penis to the bellybuton. it was red, and it was kinda stingy. a few like reder spots were where the hair was growing from. so it was feeling really uncomfortable so i tried to put some water over it. i poured some water into my hands and dropped it there but then it started to sting like hell. i tried it 2 or 3 times and it was still stinging, so i got scared and got here. it might have looked like a rash but i wouldnt know i never had one... so what could be causing this. i mean in my pants mi penis is always pushed against my stomach sto what could have happened? was it maybe due to me well ejaculating with somewhat filthy hands or what? also in the base of my penis but more from the base to the head, and also on the testicles little tiny bumps appear. you can see them after like half a second of focusing. when i looked at the testicles it appeared as though from everyone of them one hair was growing, but then when i looked at the penis itself i saw that hair was growing from them but also they were appearing and going up the shaft which i presume at least in my case isnt that hairy. and the bumps there were "alone" , as in hair wasnt growing from them. now these bumps arent itchy. they dont seem to pose that much of a problem, except that it kinda looks well not so good... so are these due to me ejaculating with filthy hands, or does anyone have another answer? if you need any further information just ask cause i want to know what the hell is wrong with me...

That doesn't sound good at all. And sounds painful as well. I'd go see a doctor.

Have you had sex before? Because if you have, it's possible you have an STD.

You MIGHT have male thrush. Type it into google and see if the symptoms sound like what you've got, but the symptoms can be a little different for everyone so that's why I wont say it is for sure.
If so then it's common enough and nothing to worry about, you can get thrush treatment from your doctor or some stores.

no i havent had sex yet. i know i should see a doctor but i dont know, i mean im just kinda scared and well shy. i dont know why i mean theres nothing to worry about but still...

I understand about being shy...but it's better to be safe rather than just letting it get worse...Doctors will be professional about it and I'm sure they wont say anything to embarrass you, atleast on purpose...Goodluck, i hope everything okay.
