I lost my last brand of birth control... But I remembered that I still had refills on another brand available at the pharmacy.
I just ended my period 2 days ago, I took my first pill today. Would this be considered a 1st day start? Do you think I should wait a week to start having sex? I haven't gotten pregnant, but hey, I can always have some help verifying some info. =) Geek? Nerd? More like intellectual badass.  "You ran through Africa, and Asia, and Indonesia.. If you use a condom too, you should be okay having sex. But seeing as though you're using a new type of pill and didn't start the pill on the usual day, I think it would be advised that you wait atleast a month to have sex without another form of contraception, just because your body wouldn't be used to this new pill and cycle and might need time to adjust.
But you would be fine if you use a condom too.
