I always have to pee after I masturbate. Perhaps it's just the arousment you get from it, it rises the urge to pee? It seems that way.
As for your penis going numb, I don't know about a guy and his penis but I do know when girls do it, after, their vagina feels kinda numb and all funny so maybe it's the same way with guys.

If you do pee, it could be because your body isn't producing semen that you can ejaculate yet? I'm not sure that's 100% feasible - but I read somewhere that could be the case. But, as with any masturbation, keep going till it works
