Maybe you should try and take a break from it for a couple of weeks, because if it is the case that you've just got used to it, then a break may be beneficial because when you start to masturbate again it may feel better

It can be hard to masturbate to orgasm with nothing but your hands, this I know. Some other options include:

-As someone mentioned, the electric toothbrush. Just make sure to either use the back of the head, or cover the bristles with something, as they can be irritating.
-If you have either a removable showerhead or a classic looking bathtub with the faucet that comes over the edge, you can use that. Just lay on your back and scoot your butt up under the faucet and adjust the water so the pressure feels right. Make sure it's not too hot, or cold, or whatever!
-Next time your at the grocery store or whatever, throw one of those vibrating face washer things in the cart. They're like, $10 or less, and Dove and Neutrogena both make them. You can get them for $5 on amazon.
-Run of the mill back massager. Lots of people have them, look in your bathroom drawers and cabinets or whatever. You might be surprised.
-There's also some kind of vibrating mascara on the market now. I've never actually seen it, so I can't tell you if it would work for that purpose or not.

And then, when you get some money and a car, you can go to the sex stores and get an assortment of great sex toys that will make you wonder if you really need a man after all...
